Steven M. Gaydosz, President

Steve founded Global Management Solutions, Inc. in November 1991.

After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 1977, Steve began his career in manufacturing.  Steve achieved substantial documented improvements in production planning processes, improving overall productivity, and reducing labor costs.

In 1981, Steve embarked on a career in the service industry.  As a management executive, Steve worked for a number of regional, national, and international service providers serving real estate owners and managers.  Steve has proven success in new business start-ups, turnarounds, reorganizations, process improvements, mergers and acquisitions.

Today, with his entrepreneurial leadership abilities, strong decision making, problem solving, organization and interpersonal skills, Steve continues to lead the company.

Steven P. Gaydosz, I.C.E., Principal

Steven’s positive demeanor and “get results” attitude has made him a driving force within the company. Prior to joining Global Management Solutions, Inc., full-time, he provided hands-on field support to various properties. Steven has held a number of operation positions within the company, and is currently accountable for the operation of the company’s entire portfolio, as well as all first-year accounts.

Steven earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Ohio University. Steven is a CIMS Expert through ISSA.

Michael J. Gaydosz, Principal

Before joining Global Management Solutions, Inc., Michael worked for Newell Rubbermaid in their Sales and Marketing Department for the Home Depot Division.

Michael’s consistent drive has ensured company growth, with the best example being his development and implementation of our company’s national sales strategy. He is currently responsible for all future business endeavors. Michael graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Thomas J. Gaydosz, Principal

Thomas brings a strong analytical view to the Operations team. Prior to joining Global Management Solutions, Inc. full-time, he worked for Newell Rubbermaid in their Sales and Marketing Department and was among the nation’s Top 10 sales performers for the Wal-Mart Division.

He has previously provided hands-on field support to various properties at Global Management Solutions, Inc., and now provides area support to various accounts within the portfolio. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

Maria A. Calvery, Principal

Maria’s in-depth approach is a great asset to the development of company programs. She worked for 3M as a Sales Representative in its Commercial Care Division, and Construction and Home Improvement Markets before joining Global Management Solutions, Inc.

Maria has held several positions within the company and most recently took on the role of Principal, specializing in Organizational Development. She is also responsible for the development of training programs, company restructuring, and software evaluation.

A graduate with honors from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Professional Sales and Organizational Development, Maria also holds a Master of Science degree in Instructional Leadership from Robert Morris University.
