Maria Calvery Director of Organizational Development Maria’s in-depth approach is a great asset to the development of company programs. She worked for 3M in their Commercial Care Division and Construction and Home Improvement Markets as Sales Representative before joining Global Management Solutions, Inc.

Maria has held several positions within the company and most recently took on the role of Director of Organizational Development. She is also responsible for the development of training programs, company restructuring and software evaluation. A graduate with honors from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Professional Sales and Organizational Development, Maria also holds a Master of Science degree in Instructional Leadership from Robert Morris University.
